Welcome to the Sterling Commons website. Sterling Commons is a residential subdivision in Aurora, Colorado developed in 1986, and includes home and condominium properties on Chenango Place, Crystal Street, Carson Street, Whitaker Street, and Dillon Street. The association hosts a 20,000 gallon pool, 8 person hot tub, club house with full kitchen, neighborhood garbage pickup, and soon a park and basketball court. Sterling Commons Recreational Association is a Colorado corporation and registered with the Secretary of State. The declaration and covenants are duly recorded with the Arapahoe County Clerk and Recorder under Sterling Commons 1st Filing. NOTE: Sterling Commons 1st Filing does NOT include Sterling Commons II or Sterling Point.

NEW 2012 BOARD MEMBERS NEEDED - Past president Michael Evans has served the maximum 3 year term. All owners are encouraged to participate and volunteer to serve on the board. SCRA cannot function without these roles being filled. New people bring new ideas.

Regular Board Meetings will be held on a regular day of the month as determined by the 2012 board between April and October in 2012. These meetings will be held at 4934 S. Carson St. and are open to all owners.

2012 ANNUAL DUES*: $347.29
*Due semi-annually on February 28th & August 31st.

2011 SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS*: $170.00 for pool replastering due August 31, 2012.

SINGLE FAMILY HOMES GARBAGE PICKUP*: $8.00/mo
billed in 6 month intervals and automatically added to home owners' SCRA bill. Weekly pickup is on TUESDAY.
